About sherry houston designs

Hi, my name is Sherry and I grew up in Alabama. My childhood in “Bama” was great and I have two wonderful brothers and a father that I simply adore. But after I graduated from college, I decided to take a chance on living in New York City. So, I moved to the “Big Apple”, fell in love with the city and made it my new home.

I have been sewing since the age of 5, thanks to the lovely training of my great grandmother. She taught me how to sew everything from pillows to quilting.
